Nicolás, en primer lugar, quiero confirmarte que encontré tu posición en el archivo de la matriz de comunicaciones.
Continuando con el tema de la recorrida programada para el 20 de octubre, si se cumplen todas las condiciones necesarias, incluyendo la comunicación y obtención de permisos de ingreso a las áreas de Concesión y Producción que se muestran en los archivos EXCEL y KMZ adjuntos, así como los requisitos que deben cumplir los participantes.
También adjunto un archivo de Excel junto con un archivo KMZ con los parcelarios (Los parcelarios no contienen información de dominio; esto corresponde al Registro de la Propiedad Inmueble), para tu información, ya que no creo que se puedan obtener estos permisos de los superficiarios en un plazo razonable en relación con los del proyecto. A mi parecer, esta es una función que corresponde a los desarrolladores del EIS.
En cuanto a las comunidades, ustedes. las tienen identificadas y serían: Comunidad Campo MARIPE, comunidad FVTA XAYEN y comunidad WIRCALEO.
Adjunto también la información sobre el helicóptero y su póliza de seguros, en la cual solicité que se le incorpore una cláusula de no repetición a favor de YPF.

Nicolás, tengo un par de consultas contigo. Las hago de esta forma porque no veo tu posición en la matriz de comunicaciones y necesito que me lo aclares, si es posible, en relación con la matriz.
En otro asunto, quisiera solicitar los requisitos para las personas que realizarán la visita en terreno y aérea.
El plan en desarrollo contempla 3 días en helicóptero y tenemos reservadas 2 plazas para funcionarios de YPF. Necesitaría que me confirmes si ellos también asistirán a la visita.
En cuanto al helicóptero les he pedido la filiación de aparato, y habilitación, así como datos de la firma propietaria, seguros para pasajeros y tripulación, así como los datos de los pilotos.
En cuanto a la recorrida terrestre, está prevista que sea simultánea con la aérea. Tendremos tres camionetas de la firma Contreras Hermanos, con choferes acreditados en otros proyectos de YPF. En ellas habrá dos plazas disponibles para el personal de YPF del proyecto, que realizaría el vuelo.
En cuanto a los requisitos, entendemos que son los datos de las personas y un seguro de riesgo de trabajo con cláusula de no repetición a YPF. Consideramos que, al no ser necesario ingresar a ningún recinto o instalación de YPF u otro operador, eso sería todo lo necesario. Espero que puedas confirmármelo.
La fecha prevista es realizarlo la semana del 20 al 24 de octubre. Para ello, debemos reservar el helicóptero y coordinar el apoyo de Contreras, así como gestionar los viajes de los funcionarios que vienen del extranjero. Son 4 personas por Bonatti y 2 por PUMPCO en esa condición.
