Here are my comments on the presentation you shared.
1) Slide 2: Classification of Documents: I. Class X Documents:
"...the CLIENT has 5 working days to return..."
but:
"06. ANNEX VI - DOCUMENT CONTROL PROCEDURES: ARTICLE 4.1.1":
"From the date of reception at the COMPANY offices, the COMPANY shall have
10 working days to return the documentation issued to be qualified to the CONTRACTOR"
If the number of days has changed, I believe it is necessary to explicitly refer to the latest version of the Document Control Procedures.
2) Slide 2: Direct referencte to Class Z documents is not included in the Document Workflow flowchart, either in the column "Classification of Documents".
The rest, concerning the BNT/PUMPCO documents storage and distribution, seems all right to us.
